All services are confidential and comply to HIPAA standards and where the law allows. We’re available 24/7 to assess and help you get started with an action plan. For your convenience, we offer services in three ways, in-person, by telephone and via internet counseling (when appropriate).

Crisis Management

Please call EAP Works if you are in crisis and need supportive counseling and/or a referral. However, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency call the police ((911) or go to your nearest emergency room. Then call us so we can provide you with support and the appropriate services.

EAP Orientation for Employees – This program is for employees to help them understand the benefits they have through their employee assistance program.  This online, Interactive Training includes a brief test and Certificate of Completion.
