EAP Work has helped resolve concerns for thousands of employees and their family members saving lives, jobs, marriages and families. At EAP Works we understand how important quality of service, as well as maintaining privacy, are to you and your employees. These are some of the measures we take to assure you that we are committed to delivering confidential high-quality personal services to all our clients.

Confidential Service

We understand that many times people resist reaching for help for fear of judgment, ridicule and repercussions. Our goal is to reassure employees that their participation in our EAP and Work Life Resources programs, as well as information about their particular case, is kept strictly confidential.

Our staff treats employees with respect and compassion, and any personal information employees share during sessions is kept private. Employees using any of our programs can not be identified in the monthly and quarterly utilization reports we provide, which do not include personal information.

The only exceptions involve issues that we are legally required to report, per state and/ or federal laws. Otherwise, personal information will only be shared with the express written consent of the employee.
